03/1995 - 01/1997	Accessibility Specialist, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Architectural Barriers Program, Austin, Texas. The Architectural Barriers Program addresses inquiries, provides technical assistance and general information regarding the Architectural Barriers Act and Texas Accessibility Standards, and administers the reviews and inspections required by Chapter 469 of the Texas Government Code. Reviewed construction documents for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards. Consulted and communicated with architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and business owners to identify non-compliant issues.
